Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing to be considered valid. Additional charges may apply for changes due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions or flight delays, as these costs are not included in the current quote. Since bookings are made in advance, providers incur potential losses with cancellations. The cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation 07-14 days prior to departure: 70% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation 00-06 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost

Arrive in Guwahati by late afternoon and receive a traditional Ahomi welcome at the airport/railway station before transferring to your hotel. Later, visit the Maa Kamakhya Temple for an auspicious darshan. In the evening, the Tour leader will provide a briefing on the North East India bike ride, followed by a fine dining experience with traditional Ahomi cuisine.

After breakfast, line up for a photograph with your bikes, a traditional Viktorianz ritual. Receive a quick brief for the day’s ride and set out from Guwahati to Kaziranga along the scenic Asian Highway-1. Enjoy a Jeep Safari in Kaziranga National Park, home to two-thirds of the world’s Great One-horned Rhinoceros and other wildlife. In the evening, enjoy tribal dances and music by a cultural troupe.

Start the day with an elephant safari in Kaziranga National Park followed by breakfast. Ride to Jorhat and then proceed to Majuli Island, the world’s largest freshwater island, for a unique experience amidst lush greenery and neo-Vaishnavite culture.

Ride to Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, inhabited by diverse tribes.

Experience the Hornbill festival, showcasing the rich culture, dance, music, and cuisine of Nagaland. Visit The Heritage Complex at Kisama to witness tribal ceremonies, traditional attire, and indulge in local cuisine and music performances.

Visit the Kohima War Cemetery and a typical Naga village before riding to Dimapur, the ancient capital of the Kachchari Kingdom.

Embark on a long ride to Shillong, the “Scotland of the East,” known for its hills, valleys, and vibrant nightlife.

Explore the Living Root Bridge near Mawlynnong village and enjoy a boat ride on the pristine Umngot River in Dawki. Head to Cherrapunji for the night.

Explore caves around Cherrapunji in the morning and then ride to scenic Umiam Lake for the night stay, marking the end of the road trip in North East India.

Ride to a hotel near Guwahati airport for a quick wash and change before flying out in the late afternoon.
